I’m an independent real estate broker, licensed in both Arizona and California, and a local real estate investor. With over 36 years in the game—leasing, managing, buying, selling, and even developing—I still love the thrill of matching people with properties. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me buried in a book, on the golf course, or exploring new places. Oh, and I also teach spin classes at LA Fitness and the YMCA—because why not add a little cardio to the mix?

Why we chose this property

Since buying the Wilshire House back in 1990, I’ve been in love with this home. It took 25 years (yes, 25!) for my daughter Nicole and I to remodel and expand it into the beauty it is today. The original part of the house still proudly honors its historic roots, while the new addition brings a sleek, modern vibe—you’ll see! Sharing Greater Phoenix and the charming, historic Willo Neighborhood is such a joy for me, and I hope you love it as much as I do!
